At present, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to show good cause for proceeding under seal because he has not stated, with any particularity, that the Defendants in this particular case have improperly transferred assets to avoid judgment or have even in prior instances engaged in such improper conduct. Generalized allegations about counterfeiter Defendants do not suffice.
