ORDER: Defendant StichSpire is in default. See ECF No. 198. Plaintiff shall file any motion for default judgment, in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules and Practices for Civil Cases (available at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/hon-jesse-m-furman), within two weeks of the date of this Order. Plaintiff should familiarize itself with Local Civil Rules 55.1 and 55.2, which, along with Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 4(J) of the Court's Individual Rules, govern default judgment motion practice before this Court. If Plaintiff's counsel submits calculations in support of any motion for default judgment, counsel shall also email native versions of the files with the calculations (i.e., versions of the files in their original format, such as in ".xlsx") to Furman_NYSDChambers@nysd.uscourts.gov. If or when a motion for default judgment is filed, the Court will enter a further Order setting a deadline for any opposition and reply and scheduling a show cause hearing. If no motion for default judgment is filed by the deadline set forth above, the case may be dismissed for failure to prosecute without further notice to the parties. StitchSpire shall file any opposition to the motion for default judgment no later than three weeks from its filing. Stitchspire is reminded that corporate entities may appear in federal court only through licensed counsel, see Lattanzio v. COMTA, 481 F.3d 137, 140 (2d Cir. 2007), and where such an entity "repeatedly fails to appear by counsel, a default judgment may be entered against it," Grace v. Bank Leumi Tr. Co. of N.Y., 443 F.3d 180, 192 (2d Cir. 2006) (internal quotation marks omitted). That said, although "courts generally do not allow corporations, partnerships, associations, and other artificial entities to appear in court without an attorney," courts have "allow[ed] sole proprietorships to proceed pro se because a sole proprietorship has no legal existence apart from its owner." Scales v. Design Nortex, No. 23-CV-6442 (LTS), 2024 WL 21909, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 2, 2024) (internal quotation marks omitted). Thus, if StitchSpire is not a sole proprietorship and appears without counsel, the Court may proceed to enter default judgment against StichSpire regardless of its appearance. It is further ORDERED that Defendant StitchSpire appear and show cause before this Court on September 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., why an order should not be issued granting a default judgment against it. Unless and until the Court orders otherwise, the conference will be held remotely by telephone in accordance with Paragraph 3.B of the Court's Individual Rules and Practices in Civil Cases. The parties should join the conference by calling the Court's dedicated conference line at (855) 244-8681 and using access code 2303 019 3884, followed bythe pound (#) key. When prompted for an attendee ID number, press the pound (#) key again. No later than Thursday the week prior to the conference date, Plaintiff must file the proposed default judgment order electronically, using the ECF Filing Event "Proposed Default Judgment," for the Clerk's approval. In the event that StitchSpire appears or opposes the motion for default judgment prior to that date, the parties shall prepare to treat that conference as the initial pretrial conference with respect to StitchSpire. That is, if StitchSpire appears, opposes the motion, or seeks a nunc pro tunc extension of time to respond to the complaint, then the parties - including StitchSpire -- shall follow the pre-conference procedures specified in the Court's Order of April 6, 2026, including by submitting a joint letter addressing certain topics and a proposed case management plan no later than the Thursday prior to the conference. See ECF No. 182. Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order electronically and/or by first-class mail on Defendant StichSpire within two business days from the date of this Order and shall file proof of such service within three business days of the date of this Order. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jesse M. Furman on 7/28/2026) Show Cause Hearing set for 9/10/2026 at 04:00 PM before Judge Jesse M. Furman.

MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: [127] MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 4(d)(2) AS IT RELATES TO DEFENDANTS FamilyMakingsByJulie and JooJooArtStore. filed by Fox Shiver LLC, [91] MOTION for Attorney Fees and costs pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d)(2). filed by Fox Shiver LLC. For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS Fox Shiver's Rule 4(d)(2) motion in full as to StitchSpire and in part as to Tankbris, and it ORDERS them to pay Fox Shiver $695.05 and $782.50, respectively. By contrast, the Court DENIES Fox Shiver's Rule 4(d)(2) motion with respect to Norris, albeit without prejudice to renewal after limited jurisdictional discovery and a determination of whether the Court has personal jurisdiction over Norris. Finally, the Court STRIKES StitchSpire's answer and deems it to be in default. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate ECF Nos. 91 and 127, to enter a Certificate of Default as to StitchSpire, and to mail a copy of this Memorandum Order and Opinion to Tankbris and StitchSpire. The parties shall promptly meet and confer regarding the appropriate scope of jurisdictional discovery, which shall be completed within forty-five days from the date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order. If, after that jurisdictional discovery, Norris has a good-faith belief that the Court lacks personal jurisdiction over her, she may renew her motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue within two weeks of the close of jurisdictional discovery. ORDER : Pursuant to the Courts April 6, 2026 Order, various Defendants in this action were ordered to file any opposition to Plaintiffs pending motion for a default judgment no later than April 24, 2026, and to appear for a show-cause hearing on May 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. See ECF No. 182. On April 23, 2026, one of those Defendants, Ohmygatosla, filed an opposition to the pending default judgment motion. See ECF No. 186. In light Ohmygatosla's opposition, and consistent with the Court's prior Order, ECF No. 182, the parties should be prepared to treat the upcoming show-cause hearing as an initial pretrial conference with respect to this Defendant. To that end, the parties shall follow this Court's pre-conference procedures as set forth in that Order. See id.At that conference, moreover, Ohmygatosla should also be prepared to show cause as to why it should be permitted to proceed without counsel in this action. As the Court has explained in prior Orders, in general, corporate entities may appear in federal court only through licensed counsel, see Lattanzio v. COMTA, 481 F.3d 137, 140 (2d Cir. 2007), and where such an entity"repeatedly fails to appear by counsel, a default judgment may be entered against it," Grace v. Thus, if Ohmygatosla is not a sole proprietorship and appears at the conference without counsel, the Court may deem it to be in default. The Clerk of Court is ordered to mail a copy of this Order to Defendants Shameen Aslam d/b/a StitchSpire, Narges Tankbris d/b/a JooJooArtStore, and Ohmygatosla. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jesse M. Furman on 4/27/2026)

PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER: THIS COURT concludes that Plaintiff meets the criteria or preliminary injunctive relief against the Defendants. The evidence establishes that Plaintiff has a likelihood of success on the merits; that no remedy at law exists; and that Plaintiff will suffer irreparable harm if the injunction is not granted, including, for example: As further set forth by this Order. NOW THEREFORE, on this 21st day of May, 2025, this Court ORDERS that: 1. Defendants, their affiliates, officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, confederates, and all persons acting for, with, by, through, under or in active concert with them be preliminarily enjoined and restrained from: As further set forth by this Order. 2. Within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of this Order, the Defendants shall each serve upon Plaintiff a written report under oath providing: (a) their true name and physical address, (b) all websites and online marketplace accounts on any platform that they own and/or operate; (c) their financial accounts, including by way of example, all AllPay/GoAllPay, Coinbase, HyperWallet, Lakala, LianLian, OFX, Paxful, PayEco, Payoneer, PayPal, PingPong, SellersFunding, Stripe, Union Mobile/UmPay/UmPay2, and Wise/TransferWise accounts (the "Financial Institutions"); and (d) the steps taken by each Defendant to comply with paragraph 1, a through g, above. 3. ORDER. The Court's April 23, 2025 Order directed Plaintiff to file unredacted copies of the Complaint and supporting papers on ECF with appropriate viewing restrictions, as required by the Court's Individual Rules. ECF No. 15. Plaintiff, however, mistakenly filed these unredacted filings on the public docket - in two separate filings, see ECF Nos. 16, 21 - a mistake that is especially noteworthy given Plaintiff's insistence on the need for sealing in this case. See e.g., ECF No. 4 ("Absent an extension of the terms of the Sealing Order until the Service Providers and the Financial Institutions effectuate the terms of the TRO, Plaintiff's assertion of copyrights would be rendered ineffectual"). As a courtesy to Plaintiff, the Court has sealed these filings. Plaintiff's counsel is admonished to proceed cautiously and to consult the ECF Help Desk (helpdesk@nysd.uscourts.gov or (212) 805-0800) when necessary to ensure that no future technical errors are made. The Clerk of Court is directed to modify the viewing restrictions on ECF Nos. 16 and 21 to "ex parte," which restricts viewing to the filing party and the Court.SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jesse M.
