Plaintiff has good cause to conduct early and expedited discovery in order to identify defendants and determine the proper method of service of process. Plaintiff has leave to serve a Rule 45 subpoena on online marketplace platforms such as Amazon.com Services LLC for copies of documents and records in such person's or entity's possession or control sufficient to determine the identities and locations of each Defendant, their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and any persons acting in active concert or participation with them, including all known contact information and all associated email addresses. Plaintiff does not, however, have good cause to request sales records until defendants have appeared. The motion to seal 5 is denied. The clerk shall unseal 4. Notices Mailed.
