MINUTE entry before the Honorable Manish S. Shah: The motion for order [21] is granted, and no appearance is necessary. Enter Order. The motion for electronic service of process [12] is denied. It appears that plaintiff has settled with many of the defendants and the motion is now overinclusive. Plaintiff may file a new motion if it intends to pursue some remaining set of defendants. Plaintiff is advised, however, that it has named too many defendants in the original complaint and this court will not review hundreds of pages of exhibits to determine whether addresses are known or whether some defendants have settled and no longer require service of process. Now that it is apparent that service of process is not necessary for plaintiff to resolve these cases, the court is unlikely to spend its limited resources reviewing voluminous and unnecessary exhibits.
