P. 45 to Amazon to obtain contact information for the account holders associated with the accounts listed in Schedule A. The subpoena may require compliance within 14 days of service. Plaintiff has good cause to conduct early and expedited discovery because without expedited contact information, plaintiff is unable to timely serve defendants. Ordinarily, service must be accomplished within 90 days of filing the complaint. Whether plaintiff has good cause for an extension of time depends on plaintiff's diligence in serving defendants, and no good cause has yet to be established to justify an extension. Notices Mailed.
