Plaintiff's agreed motion for entry of consent judgments 14 and 17 resolved Plaintiff's claims against several Defendants. Plaintiff has now filed a notice of dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i) 24, which dismisses all remaining Defendants with the exceptions of Defendant No. 72, HUJIAMING-Direct, and Defendant No. 73, HaiZhangTaoAus. Indeed, Defendants No. 72 and No. 73 do not appear to be covered by either of the consent judgments or Plaintiff's notice of voluntary dismissal, and thus appear to be the only Defendants remaining in this case. Plaintiff shall be prepared to advise the Court as to the status of these Defendants at the telephonic status hearing on 9/15/2026. If Plaintiff files a notice of voluntary dismissal as to the remaining Defendants prior to 9/15/2026, the hearing will be stricken. Mailed notice
