Once the case was reassigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, which names just one trademark infringement Defendant, and thus avoids any joinder issues. Plaintiff has also withdrawn its motion for leave to file under seal, see [15], and the Court thus directs the Clerk to terminate the motion (docket entry [4]) as a pending motion. Mailed notice.
